Today, I was given a new calling. I hate to admit it but, I was beginning to wonder what was wrong with me and why I had gone so long without a calling. I what wondering what was wrong with me. Anyway, I was called as the Primary Secretary. I have mixed emotions about this calling. The lady who had it before me was awesome at it. I had no idea how awesome till today and they were telling me everything she did. This woman was organized and had it all together. Now, I'm just trying to remember everything they told she that she did and remember to do it. She's having some health issues or something. That is why they released her. Not sure as to the whys, they aren't important. The important thing is they are going to really start missing everything she did very soon.
On the up side, i don't have to actually sit through a class. which is good for me cause I don't have the patience, I never have.

ReplyDeleteI have to agree as well. You are amazing and will do awesome at this new calling. They are very lucky to have you. I love the fact that the Lord knows each of our talents (some are still hidden) and he puts in places to help those talents grow and blossom.

ReplyDeleteWhen they announced your name for that calling, I immediately though.."oh, that is perfect!" You will be great. And like the others said, you were called for YOUR talents, not to try to be just like the person before you. It will be fun to see you in primary every week.
