This last week we have had a visitor. My mom, Marge. She came on the 3rd. Reason for the visit? Simple...My niece was getting baptized on the 5th.
We showed up to the meeting house at about 8:30. The baptism was to start at 9. We finally found the font to see if it was filled. Surprise, it wasn't. Below is the font at 8:45. Finally someone turned on the water.

He ended up dunking her three times. Part of the problem was how low the water was. My beother said he went back to change after the baptism and he didn't even have to change his garments. They weren't wet. It was a pretty great day though.
Today sunday the 6th. We had a birthday to celebrate. It was my mom's birthday. Jordan made her the cake below. It has happy birthday written on it in 4 different languages. Sandy also made her a wonderful birthday dinner.
