Moving?

We have been wanting to move for a while. We've even started looking at houses. Our reasons for wanting to move are two. We are tired of living in this house that the management company does not want to really keep up with. And we'd really like to get out of debt.

Our thinking is that if we can find an apartment we can downsize and save up to $400 a month maybe even more with utilities. That could be going toward our dinosaur size debt.

Oh how nice it would be to be debt free. Oh and moving to an apartment complex definitely has it's perks. We will have, if we get the place that I really want, a nice pool, workout center, club house with catering kitchen, game room with pool table and some more things I can't remember. All in all very very nice community features.

One of the best parts is that we would be living in the brairgate ward again! Yes. Downside. I probably won't get to go to camp anymore. Currently I am the assistant camp director so I get to go. Another downside is the porters won't be in our ward anymore. There are a couple other families I'd really miss too. But to be honest the pull to get out of debt is much stronger.

Another perk, across from the apartment complex is a shopping center, where the kids and even I can apply for jobs should we choose.

Jordan thinks some of the perks are her own walk in closet and bathroom and friends over to swim. I can't remember if the pool is heated but I think it is.

Anyway... Today we look at more places.
